Company Information: For the purpose of trading on the platform, as a buyer, you may need to provide the company name, contact person, address, telephone, fax, tax number, bank information (bank name, account number, SWIFT code, authorization document), seal image, and signature image information; as a supplier, you may need to provide the company name, address, fax, tax number, business license, legal representative, bank information (bank name, account number, SWIFT code, authorization document information), as well as proof of production capacity such as factory area and staff size, invoicing information (taxpayer identification number, bank name, account number), patents, related certificates, seal image, and signature image information; as a logistics provider, you may need to provide the company name, business license number, legal representative, and address information.

Inquiry and Quotation Information: When you conduct inquiry and quotation operations on the platform, we will collect the following information through the inquiry and quotation forms you submit: the purchasing party's company name, contact person, address, phone, fax, tax number, banking information (bank name, account number, SWIFT code, authorization documents), seal image, signature image, contact person's username, email, and mobile number; the supplying party's company name, address, fax, tax number, business license, legal representative, banking information (bank name, account number, SWIFT code, authorization documents), production capacity (factory area, staff scale, etc.), invoicing information (taxpayer identification number, bank name, account number), patents, relevant certificates, seal image, signature image, contact person's name, email, and mobile number.
6、订单信息：当买方在亿电通平台下单购买商品/服务时，我们会通过系统为生成购买该商品及/或服务的订单。该订单中会载明所购买的商品及/或服务信息、具体订单号、订单创建时间、已使用的优惠、应支付的金额、备注信息、买方和卖方的基本信息名称、地址及联系方式（以下合称“订单信息”）。我们收集这些信息是为了帮助您顺利完成交易、保障您的交易安全、便于您查询订单信息、提供客服与售后服务、进行对账以及优惠信息对应的税务申报（如需）及其他我们明确告知的目的。
Order Information: When the buyer places an order to purchase goods/services on the GreenGrid platform, we will generate an order for the purchase of such goods and/or services through the system. This order will specify the information of the purchased goods and/or services, the specific order number, the order creation time, the discounts used, the amount payable, the note information, and the basic information of the buyer and seller, including names, addresses, and contact information (collectively referred to as "Order Information"). We collect this information to help you successfully complete the transaction, ensure the security of your transaction, facilitate your inquiry of order information, provide customer service and after-sales service, conduct reconciliation, and correspond to tax declarations for discounts (if required), as well as for other purposes that we clearly inform you.

7、物流信息：为完成商品/服务的交付，您知晓并同意，亿电通可能会收集、使用和传输卖方的发货人姓名（或名称）及联系方式（包括联系邮箱、联系电话）、买方的收货人姓名（或名称）、收货地址、收货手机/电话及其他配送必要的信息（以下合称“配送信息”）。您同意并授权亿电通有权收集和存储上述配送信息并可向物流服务商或物流运输的实际承运人等第三方为提供交付之目的进行披露和传输。为使我们及时获悉并确认交付进度及状态，为您提供售后与争议解决服务，您同意我们可自物流服务的提供主体处收集与交付进度相关的信息。
Logistics Information: To complete the delivery of goods/services, you acknowledge and agree that GreenGrid may collect, use, and transmit the seller's consignor's name (or name) and contact information (including contact email, contact phone number), the buyer's consignee's name (or name), delivery address, receiving mobile/phone number, and other information necessary for delivery (collectively referred to as "Delivery Information"). You agree and authorize GreenGrid to have the right to collect and store the aforementioned Delivery Information and may disclose and transmit it to logistics service providers or actual carriers of logistics transportation, or other third parties, for the purpose of delivery. To enable us to promptly learn about and confirm the progress and status of delivery, and to provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we can collect information related to delivery progress from the providers of logistics services.

在以下情形中，您可以向我们提出删除个人信息的请求：
You can request us to delete personal information if:
1、如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反法律法规；
Our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;
2、如果我们收集、使用您的个人信息，却未征得您的明确同意；
We collect and use your personal information without your explicit consent;
3、如果我们处理个人信息的行为严重违反了与您的约定；
Our processing of personal information seriously violates the agreement with you;
4、如果您不再使用我们的产品或服务，或您主动注销了账户；
You no longer use our products or services, or you voluntarily cancel your account;
5、如果我们永久不再为您提供产品或服务。

若我们决定响应您的删除请求，我们还将同时尽可能通知从我们处获得您的个人信息的主体，并要求其及时删除（除非法律法规另有规定，或这些主体已独立获得您的授权）。

出境的是您的个人姓名、电话号码、电子邮件地址、传真、联系地址信息。亿电通的出境数据均采集自亿电通供应商端，出境数据范围不包含除亿电通以外的其他产品或服务的数据，也不包含公司内部员工数据以及经营管理数据。

If you are an overseas recipient, you agree to commit not to provide personal information to a third party located outside the People's Republic of China unless the following requirements are met simultaneously:

我们在向您收集信息之后会将您个人信息存储在托管的云平台，且按照安全管控要求对其进行加密后存储。再通过数据库同步方式传输至境外，数据传输过程中使用HTTPS协议，保障传输通道安全。
After collecting your information, we store your personal data in hosted cloud platforms and encrypt it according to security control requirements. Then, we synchronize the database to overseas locations using the HTTPS protocol to ensure the security of the transmission channel.
在数据从国内传输到国外的过程中，境外用户通过部署在境外的Web服务器，通过服务商提供的加速服务访问我们境内托管的云平台，同时在海外也有缓存静态数据的节点。
During the process of data transfer from domestic to international, overseas users access our domestically hosted cloud platform through a web server deployed abroad, using the acceleration services provided by the service provider, and there are also nodes for caching static data overseas.

（2）我们的管理性安全保障措施

如果您是境外买家，您同意承诺：采取安全措施，如定期升级杀毒软件、使用安全浏览器、不与他人共享账号密码等方式，确保境外买家接收到的个人信息不被泄露，若境外买家不按照本协议约定造成个人信息泄露或可能泄露，我们有权采取停止向境外买家展示个人信息，或将境外买家拉入黑名单，停止向境外买家提供服务等方式。
If you are an overseas buyer, you agree to commit to the following: Overseas buyers should take security measures, such as regularly updating antivirus software, using secure browsers, and not sharing account passwords with others, to ensure that the personal information overseas buyer receive is not disclosed. If an overseas buyer fails to comply with the agreement and causes or may cause the disclosure of personal information, we have the right to stop displaying personal information to the overseas buyer, or to blacklist the overseas buyer and cease providing services to them.

If you are an overseas recipient, you agree to commit to: The recipient should ensure that domestic user can exercise the rights of access, copying, correction and supplementation, and deletion with respect to the personal information that has left the country. Domestic user have the right to demand that we and the overseas recipient explain and clarify the rules for personal information processing, ensuring that data security and personal information rights and interests are fully and effectively protected.
当您要求对已经出境的个人信息行使上述权利时，您可以请求我方采取适当措施实现，或直接向境外接收方提出请求。我方无法实现的，应当通知并要求境外接收方协助实现。
When you request to exercise the aforementioned rights for personal information that has already been exported overseas, you may ask us to take appropriate measures to fulfill them, or directly make a request to the overseas recipient. If we are unable to fulfill them, we should notify and request the overseas recipient to assist in fulfilling them.
境外接收方应当按照我方的通知，或根据境内用户的请求，在合理时限内实现个人信息主体依照相关法律法规行使的权利。境外接收方应当以显著方式、清晰易懂的语言真实、准确、完整地告知境内用户相关信息。
The overseas recipient should, according to our notice or domestic user’s request, implement the rights of the data subject exercised in accordance with relevant laws and regulations within a reasonable time limit. The overseas recipient should truly, accurately, and completely inform domestic user of the relevant information in a prominent manner and in clear and easy-to-understand language.
如您提出过多或不合理的要求，尤其是具有重复性的要求，境外接收方可在考虑到要求获准的执行和操作成本后，可以收取合理的费用，或拒绝按其要求行事。
If you make excessive or unreasonable requests, especially repetitive ones, the overseas recipient may, after considering the execution and operational costs of granting the request, charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act according to your request.
如境外接收方拟拒绝请求，应告知境内用户其拒绝的原因，以及境内用户向相关监管机构提出投诉、寻求司法救济的途径。
If the overseas recipient intends to refuse request, the overseas recipient should inform domestic user of the reasons for the refusal, as well as the avenues available to domestic user for filing a complaint with the relevant regulatory authorities or seeking judicial remedies.

①您可采取的救济措施
The remedial measures available to you
当出境数据遭到篡改、破坏、泄露、丢失、转移或者被非法获取、非法利用等风险时，境外接收方应妥善开展应急处置，保障个人信息权益。我方与境外接收方均同意，如境内用户与我方或者境外接收方其中一方在遵守法律文件发生争议，应互相通知对方有关情况，并合作以及时解决争议。
When the exported data is at risk of being tampered with, damaged, leaked, lost, transferred, or illegally obtained or used, the overseas recipient should properly carry out emergency handling to safeguard rights and interests in personal information. Both we and the overseas recipient agree that if domestic user have a dispute with either us or the overseas recipient regarding compliance with the legal document, we should notify each other of the situation and cooperate to resolve the dispute in a timely manner.
如争议未能友好解决，境外接收方应接受境内用户的下列维权主张：
If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, the overseas recipient should accept the following rights protection claims from the domestic user::
(a)向监管机构提出投诉；
File a complaint with the regulatory authority.
(b)向亿电通所在地的人民法院提起诉讼。
File a lawsuit with the People's Court located in the jurisdiction where GreenGrid is based.
境外接收方同意和境内用户有关的、就本合同争议的解决依据为中华人民共和国相关法律法规。
The overseas recipient agrees that any dispute arising from this contract related to domestic user shall be resolved in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
境外接收方同意境内用户所作的维权选择不会减损境内用户根据其他法律法规寻求救济的实体性或程序性权利。
The overseas recipient agrees that domestic user’s choice of rights protection does not diminish domestic user’s r substantive or procedural rights to seek remedies under other laws and regulations.
②我们的补救措施
Our remedial measures
如果我们发现境外接收方有违约行为，我们可以按照上述保障性措施（我们有权停止向境外接收方展示您的个人信息，或将境外接收方拉入黑名单，停止向其提供服务等方式）向其停止提供个人信息。
If we find that the overseas recipient has breached the contract, we can stop providing personal information to them according to the aforementioned remedial measures (we have the right to stop displaying your personal information to the overseas recipient, or to blacklist the overseas recipient, and stop providing services to them, etc.).
